His bosses needed to step up and declare loudly that he was Under Orders to do it (and redirect any death threats to those giving the Orders). Still, his casual appearance (I've seen people spraying for roaches with much more seriousness) should provide a warning to us all about "how we look doing something" - that's where you get bit in the butt.

All Maltese can grow hair like that. If Shrek is like my Rosey was, he has two anti-survival instincts: 1. hating to spend the night anywhere but home and 2. no sense of direction. Given my experience, I am guessing Shrek escaped while being cared for while his owner was on vacation.

In our house it was the women, not the men who loved watching the Benny Hill show. I think the thing that hooked my mom, my sister and I was the episode where he did the poem about a bar, and in the middle of the poem spoke about a one eyed cat only to discover he was looking at the wrong end. To this day I couldn't tell you what the rest of the poem was about because we just lost it!

If the optional nineteenth is only $2 to play, you have to wonder how expensive the first eighteen are to cover that helicopter lift... No doubt they planned it that way, to encourage the option.

My first car was a 1966 MG Midget. It had a knob with a B on it. I said what's that? My dad said, it's a British car, that must be the the trunk release. It's called a boot. I said but maybe it stands for bonnet, and it's a hood release. He said, try it and see.

I can't remember now which it was!

THE JUNE 28TH CAPS LOCK DAY WAS CREATED TO COMMEMORATE THE PASSING OF BILLY MAYS, THE OXY-CLEAN TV PITCHMAN WHO SEEMED TO ALWAYS BE TALKING IN ALL-CAPS. IT HASN'T CAUGHT ON AS WELL, BUT I STILL ALWAYS POUR OUT A CAP OF OXY FOR BILLY ON THAT DAY.

IT MUST ALSO BE NOTED THAT e.e.cumming'S BIRTHDAY WAS ONLY A FEW DAYS AGO, ON OCTOBER 14TH, BUT NOBODY HAS STARTED A lower case day IN HIS HONOR.

ALSO, OCTOBER 22ND IS INTERNATIONAL WOMBAT DAY. WOMBATS HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY RECOGNIZED HERE FOR THEIR ARMORED BACKSIDES AND CUBE-SHAPED POOP, WHICH I GUESS ARE CAPS-LOCK-WORTHY TRAITS...

Looking in Swedish, I got some horrible results:

kvinnan ska tiga i församlingen (the woman should be silent in church)
kvinnan ska behaga mannen (the woman should please the man)
kvinnan ska underordna sig mannen (the woman should be subservient to men)
kvinnan ska stå i köket (women should stay in the kitchen)

I didn't expect that. It certainly doesn't represent many people's opinions, as far as I know.

but some results poke out:

kvinnor ska stå i köket (women should stay in the kitchen)
kvinnor ska lyda (women should obey)
kvinnor ska ha högre lön (women should have higher salaries)
kvinnor ska inte köra bil (women shouldn't drive)

and looking in english some of them were quite unexpected:

men should always pray
men should not get married
men should wear makeup
men should be what they seem

boys should be boys
boys should know
boys should wear bras
boys should wear dresses

...but why would you use this as search phrases?
