I've done this, not with glasses, but I've made multi-flavored jello in half-pint jars. I got the slant by propping them in an empty egg carton. I still put a piece of styrofoam packing around them to keep them from spilling in the refrigerator.

You are very generous. Some questions are rude no matter how innocent the intention, like "Is that your real hair color?" or "How much money do you make?" And those can be forgiven if they come up in a natural conversation, even if you choose not to answer. But to approach a stranger and ask a personal question just to satisfy your curiosity about them is rude. I can't imagine having it happen over and over all your life, especially in a clueless manner like this fellow.

You have a point. Bamm-Bamm began the weird, sort of supernatural stuff, with his superhuman strength. And even as a kid, while I could appreciate Barney and Betty's sorrow about being infertile, it was weird to see them getting a kid immediately after their neighbors had one.

None here. My house burned down when I was 17. But my kids have their most precious security objects from early childhood carefully stored, and they get them out occasionally.
