high school kids will still start drinking at 16, so it really won't change much. Freshmen in college will not have to fear getting a MIP. The police forces in college towns will have less money from fines.

i think they should do this more often instead of tearing down good buildings. They tore down the Wheel Inn (home of the goober burger) to put in turn lane. That place was a Missouri classic and is now gone forever.

when i go out to eat i don't buy more than i'll eat, so i don't have leftovers. On the occasion that i do i take it home and eat it later. I can't understand having enough left that you'd be able to feed someone else.
