Creepy. Makes me think it's the same spider that has been terrorizing me in the shower despite washing him down the drain after every encounter.
It is becoming more inventive as time passes. first crawling out of the drain, then zip-lining from the ceiling and finally hiding under the curve in the soap. I think he chooses the shower for his sneak attacks because he knows I am no more vulnerable than when wet and naked.
Fun and informative read about the life of a ladybug :) I didnt think they lived so long and Ive never seen one in any other stage than adult, they are much more creepy looking before they change
Very cool. Ive seen some with blue markings but never a completely blue one.
We used to have a nice koi pond, still do just sans fish. A couple eagles ate every fish in the pond over the course of a week last summer. It had previously been preyed upon by racoons and foxes. Seeing eagles in your backyard in the burbs is an exciting experience.
I've knitted a Jughead hat three times now and I always end up giving it away to someone that goes crazy for it when I wear it out for the first time. I have another one cast on but It's been sitting unworked for months.
Bird flu, Hoof and Mouth disease, Monkey pox, West Nile Virus, SARS and now Swine flu
It seems like every other year there is a new or returning disease to scare people. All the media coverage seems to do is reenforce American's xenophobic hatred of foreigners.
