it's really not fair to call the 1st guy to be knocked out a 'stupid criminal' (besides the stupidity that petty crime implies). After all, he was keeping lookout and wasn't the cause of his own fall.

(whether real or not, i'd say only the thrower is a 'stupid criminal'. Doubly so.)

Ha! I was going to mention toxoplasmia, but L beat me to it. I wonder if the researchers even bothered to test for it.

I also wonder if they thought to use other controls in their erperiments, like the cat's diet, gender, breed, etc.

yeah, the 'armless human = snake' argument was pretty much negated when 'Video Gmae Dork' emphasized

""the ‘legs vs no legs’ should really be the deciding factor for the **“lizard or snake”** question.""

..not 'snake or anything else' question..

those are awesome. i love stuff like this (although it could do without the laugh track).

An added bonus - when the video ends, theres a handful of video links to porn! (tasteful porn at that!)

something else i find interesting - the game encourages violence. You get more points for shooting an armed person (10) then you do for sparing an unarmed person (5).
Similarly, you lose less point for shooting an unarmed person (15), then you do for not shooting an armed person (40). (granted, this aspect could reflect risking your own life, but shooting innocents is pretty bad).

I have to agree about positioning. Some people in this game are holding their cans of sode in really strange position. Also, it would be easier (and more realistic) to make a decision if the person was animated and swinging the obect to 'take aim'. Most rational people woulding aim their 'soda' at you like a gun (and those do in real life are basically knowingly commiting suicide).

yeah, it doesn't looks liked it'd fool anyhow. How can you not see past the 1 line of trees to the emptiness beyond?

Oh, and did you guys know that we (America) plant trees specifically for lumber and paper purposes, and due to these efforts, we grow way more trees than we use up?

So, there's really not a good reason to be made 'sad' or 'sick' by this.

Now, our pollutants killing off the oxygen-producting algae (phytoplankton)? THATs something to worry about. It produces way more O then trees.
