Isn't that a bit like claiming a vegan isn't a vegan because the driver who delivered the lettuce to the supermarket was wearing a belt? The point is not that he's living in a world devoid of money. The point is that he's not used money personally for about 12 years.

If your 6-year-old acted like that, and was handcuffed, you would be mad at the school? Since you work at a school, you should understand how ridiculous that is. I work with all kinds of rowdy kids. If a kid got that out of line and the parents weren't around, I'd call the cops.

I think you formed the perfect rebuttal to the first half of your comment in the second half.
"Not knowing the circumstances or even what level the questions were, it’s really hard to say."
We don't know if this student has had a long history of cheating, or if the teacher was just having a bad day. We don't know what the history or circumstances are. Some students are always trying to work the system and pull a fast one on the teacher. Then again, some teachers get into teaching because they like to feel superior to the students.
It's really hard to say.

I can see why you might not like this. But I think it's presumptuous to claim that it's "not creative and it is not art" or that "it took almost no skill whatsoever"... Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's not creative. Just because you disagree with it doesn't mean it's not art. And just because you didn't make it, doesn't mean it doesn't take skill.
Since you are an expert on creative and skillfully crafted art, maybe you should show us something you've done?

Maybe the artist found the stuffed badger in an antique store, and turned it into an instrument. I'm not sure it's fair to assume the artist killed it just to make it into a theremin. Go to hell for making a musical instrument out of an old musty stuffed vermin? Doubtful.

I agree. As much as I am disgusted by the apparent trend of pajamas in public, there's no real reason to ban them.
Instead, the ban should outlaw display of reproductive organs and underpants.

My first year in college, I had to help my roommate with his first load of laundry. "So I pour the soap in the cap, and then dump it on the clothes? But the water's not finished running."

I know a lot of waiters deal with a LOT more tables than that, and the average check is well more than the $40 in my example. So waiters who claim to be underpaid can cry me a river. You don't like the pay, get another job.
As for the argument that the server is bringing me a meal I didn't have to prepare... I'm already paying for the meal when I pay the check. I'm not going to pay the waiter more money because I don't have to cook the meal. I'm paying the waiter to bring the meal from the kitchen to my table. It's kind of like saying "hey, I'll give you three bucks to walk over there and tell the kitchen I want a burger. And I'll give you another three bucks to carry it the 17 steps from the kitchen to the table."
