This has nothing whatsoever to do with teaching the cha-cha. The real story just isn't very interesting (don'g sign a non-compete clause in a state where they're enforcable if you don't intend to abide by it), so the various newsies just made up a better one. Business as usual.

So, the article proves the headline wrong. It's not because *his* garden is too tidy, it's because he's encroaching on property that simply isn't his. Given the squatting laws in the UK (that let you steal someone's property if they don't notice you're using it), it's right and proper that they slam him for this.

The way to get excellent service is to put a stack of $1 bills on the table when you sit down. Make it enough to be about 50% of what you expect to spend. Tell the waitress, "Every time we get less then stellar service, we'll take at least one of these away. Whatever is left at the end of the meal is your tip."

If you end up tipping 50%, it'll be worth it.

Divorce makes people crazy. Everyone. Both spouses, both lawyers, the judge, everybody.

My father was involved in a divorce in the 60s in St. Louis where everything was quite amicable, dividing up the property in a civil fashion, until they got to the one thing they both wanted more than anything. They got in to a knock-down, drag out fight over an antique ball peen hammer.

This isn't a ban on fast food. It's a ban on *new* fast food places, in neighborhoods that already have significantly more fast food places per square mile than most of LA. It's a zoning decision, and nothing more.

As usual, the press is hysterical and stupid.

Carefully planned? Yeah, right, for values of "carefully planned" that involve drinking beer and shooting at mice inside your trailer with a .22.

If it had been even slightly planned, they could have drawn it out for several more weeks. Like the last time.

Very good advice. I had a blast buying my last new car. I almost literally had the sales monkeys dancing for me before I signed on the dotted line.

The one point he's full of shit on, though, is where to get the loan. When the economy is good, sure, shop the loan. Right now, though, there is no bank in the world that is even going to come close to the loan through the dealership on a new car (used cars are different - always shop that loan). Unless you have absolutely terrible credit, you won't pay more than a few percent interest through the dealership. And you'll never see less than maybe 7% from a bank.

Of course, it never costs anything to shop car loans, so by all means, ask your bank.

why does it have to be classified as a barbecue?!

Because it's a convenient, and very reliable standard by which to judge the safety of a propane powered devide intended for consumer use. Duh. Do you really want something that has a propane burner (and no water) certified via standards that apply to devices that use pressurized water?

Meanwhile, it turns out this woman has been on the run from the law on a kidnapping charge from the Uk 30 years ago.

These people are seeing ghosts that aren't there. There's no organized conspiracy of trolls who target those they wish to silence, or whatever crap they're peddling. Trolls are people who want to provoke a response. Any respone. Literally *any* response.

You can't win. The only way to not lose is to not play. Ignore them. If they disrupt your comments, and you have administrative control, ban them. Do not - ever - respond to them publicly, or they win.

A lot of hard science has been applied to try to figure out *why* a Strad sounds better. But none has been used to prove it actually *does* sound better. Like all flavors of audiophiles, the people who worship these things are idiots. They sound better because you expect them to.

It is a federal crime for the plane to take off with any passengers not properly belted in to their seats. This is for the safety of *everyone*. If they had hit something on the runway and kid had been injured by, say, thumping his head on the base of a seat, the cunt would be suing the airline for a billion dollars.

The only amazing thing is that the airline did the right thing.

Yeah, the kid's autistic. That means he *can't* *do* *something* *things* that normal people can do. One of them is obviously ride on an airline.

The woman should be charged with endangering the kid's welfare, the kid put in a home than can handle his needs, and the woman put in prison.
