in Canada prescription drugs are cheaper than in the US, mainly because government limits on the price (i think, can anyone confirm this?) so could the inflated prices be fought using the same principal? cap the price at some level where it's profitable for producers/refiners, but speculation/inflated prices end at a preset point.
why did they use black balls? white balls would've kept the water cooler by reflecting sunlight, and i assume white plastic lasts longer in sunlight compared to black plastic.
