Do I think this is legally viable or possible? Hell no. Would I like to see some kind of retribution on these assholes who are squandering the money they begged and pleaded for? You're damn right I would.
As I type this, I have half of my friend Chris's dad in my trunk. He was a real fatty, so his ashes came in two containers. I'm not sure how I ended up with one, but I usually win the "who has the strangest thing in their car" game.
I like the idea. Around here, they get put up for retarded reasons. "Buckle up," "Don't drink and drive," etc. Things that are good ideas, but will never ever be changed by a light up sign. I suppose they're just trying to get extra use out of them between construction projects.
You'd think they could just sell them off cheap to prevent having to pay for them to be stored. I mean, how much does a test track cost to build? There has to be a better solution. I'd happily pay less for an older new car.

Clearly you cannot. Clearly.
All nitpicking aside, my feelings on the matter are as follows. I don't mind politics. I like a good mix of topics on Neatorama. I also have this thing called a scroll bar on the right of my screen. When I see something on Neatorama that doesn't interest me, I SCROLL PAST IT. I don't click to bitch about it. If you don't like it, make a better blog. Good luck out there, scooter.
At this point, I'd be greeting the antichrist with open arms if I thought he'd fix the economy.
That being said, I do look forward to seeing what Obama can do with what he's been given. This is truly an historic day, and I'm quite happy with the direction in which America is moving.
That's a little harsh, Alex. I don't think the teacher should be canned for it, but I'm WAY on the other side of taking kids from parents who tell their kids about Santa. You can't go off taking someone's kids for their parents' beliefs. I'm no fan of extreme religious views, but you don't often hear even the most hard-line fundamentalists calling for the majority of a population's kids to be rounded up. I'm not even getting into what you'd do with the millions of kids.

tl;dr - Screw Dawkins. Think for yourself.
I for one welcome our global robot overlords.
