Ted's Comments
Don't play it with the sound on at work, unless you want people to think you're watching porn.
Is it time to go when the quality of your opening credits are actually the best part of the entire episode? Felt like they pulled the 500th episode out of the recycle bin, and didn't bother dusting it off.

So you'd save a goat but not a dog, John? ;)
I wonder if people would be as sympathetic if the model throwing the rock in the window wasn't so hot?

Really, stayzuplate?
A diatribe is a "bitter and abusive speech or piece of writing".
Sorry, your attempt to troll me fell kinda flat. If you can't make out when I'm serious and when I'm joking, that's not my problem.
The serious part is that the site the "reformed" pedo linked to was indeed a disturbing site. He felt it was a safe site to visit since, although the subjects were cartoony-lifelike, they were not anatomically correct. Therefore, he was able to justify his viewing such "naked-but-not-really-naked" pictures. In a way, obeying the letter of the law, but not the spirit.
Feel free to class that speech as a diatribe, but it's really more long-winded. I do note that the archaic definition is "a prolonged discourse", so you may have me there.
The Ken doll comment, by the way, was a joke. Although now that I've had to explain that it was, it couldn't have been much of one.

@MadMolecule: lol

None of those models is anoxeric, and I wasn't saying that I would prefer to see skin and bones models.
You can say that's just my opinion, but you know it's not.
Are you telling me you deliberately shop for clothes that you think are unflattering? Of course not. You look for clothes that you think will look good on you. When advertisers make ads, tehy present the ideal to us, not the real.

It's relatively easy to get a cat into a carrier. Tip it on edge, pick up the cat and drop it in hind-end first. There. You can send me $50, if you like.

It doesn't say "all sizes". It says "all shapes and sizes". Obviously, the emphasis here is on the shape aspect. It's a shame the differences are barely perceptible.
And let's be honest, You wouldn't want to see fat models in an ad. People shop for the ideal, not for the truth. I know some of you will say "I would applaud their daring blah...blah...blah...", but you know the truth.

Thanks for the personal attack, Bearfoot.
I can happily say that I wouldn't know what most furries would do. The only ones I know, sadly, actually have some pretty gross habits.
Are you telling me that the entire furry fetish is a lie?
