The definition of editorialize:
1. To express an opinion in or as if in an editorial.
2. To present an opinion in the guise of an objective report.

Or, more simply put:
To insert personal opinions into an objective statement.

"a fitting tribute for our outgoing President" is editorializing, albeit mildly.

"this sort of thing is disrespectful to the office as much as it is to the man" is not editorializing. I was not making, or pretending to make, an objective statement, but was expressing my opinion. For someone who expresses his opinion so vociferously, Adam, you certainly seem to have issues with others doing the same.

Nobody expects Neatorama to be completely objective, but there is some level of expectation for objectivity, and you certainly don't hold back with your political and personal criticism in the comments.

For someone who's not taking it very seriously, you certainly appear to be argumentative. I think c-dub's right: it is a form of bullying.

Oh, Adam. You know that your editorializing isn't appreciated by everybody, but you continue to do it. Then, you get very defensive when people object to your political posts.

Out of 57 comments for this post so far, 9 are yours. You come off as insulting and condescending tone in your comments. Just post and don't worry about what people say after it's up. Or be a little less biased in the first place.

Some people put up crazy comments on both sides of the political issues here. But lumping them all in together just weakens your own argument.
