She should donate them to local libraries. That number of books would be overwhelming for any library to handle, but if they split them up between libraries it would be manageable.

Ohmygosh that was SO Funny!!!! Thank you for making my day. And even though Boobah looks a little perplexed he doesn't seem to be suffering at all.
Another reason to put shoes like that on a dog would be allergies - certain dogs (like mine) will chew on their feet to the point of bleeding and so need some kind of covering to protect them.

I love the Handmaid's Tale, and although I haven't read Revolt in 2100, I have a hard time believing that Margaret Atwood would intentionally plagiarize (or even mimic) another author's work. She is by far one of the best and most original authors of this century.

I also suffer from sleep paralysis and hallucinations which they call "incubus attacks." I strongly sense the presence of someone/something in the room and then feel it slowly settling on top of me. I feel the pressure and warmth one would expect from an actual body. The more I panic mentally, the worse the "attack" becomes. I can even feel the hot breath of the thing on my face sometimes. It's SO realistic and absolutley horrified me the first few times it happened. I literally thought there was a demon after me. Now I can concentrate to the point where I can snap myself out of it and wake up. For me, I have to concentrate really hard - it's almost like you have to work to send the message to your body and limbs to move. It's very strange but interesting too. Still, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

As a polymer clay artist, I LOVE seeing people do amazing things with this medium. There is actually a whole sub-culture of super-talented PC artists who make food miniatures. Do a google image search for it -you'll be blown away! Thanks for posting this. I love this blog - you do such a great job.

This is interesting but as a librarian I wish she had used images from the original Lewis Carroll book and not the Disney-ized Alice characters! I know the Carroll illustrations are black and white, but how cool would it be to have them filled in with color as a tattoo?
