Wizard Constable, Chapter 6 - "Swampside, Again"

Jorac’s an ordinary city constable in the city of Vaggert; he’s allergic to magic but still takes the job of Wizard Constable, working for the city’s overbearing, officious wizards. He encounters cutthroats, slavers, poison frogs, crazed wizards, hidden beauty, and much more - this is not stereotypical “epic fantasy”, it’s a fast-paced, fun adventure story.

I have a lot of useless information crammed into my brain. There are times when I know a lot of the answers. I feel especially good when I know the final one and all 3 contestants do not. The reality is that if I was keeping count, I probably know less than 50% of the answers. If I ever tried and got on the show it would be my luck that categories like 13th Century Bulgarian Poetry would be on the board. I still watch a lot, especially when someone is on with 5 or more wins.

The earlier format, where the players could buzz in early, is quite a downer for me, the viewer. I haven't even fully understood the question yet. I wonder if they are more predicting that they might know the answer by the time the question finishes, than actually knowing the answer.
