Actually, I went to one of these sights where they would ship the English Cadbury chocolates to you. I placed a 3 month order because my dad, who has dementia, loves their stuff. They have gotten shut down by Hershey's lawyers. Unless you have a friend in the UK who'll ship you some I believe you'll be out of luck.
As for the taste... the UK Cadbury's uses a specific type of cow's milk that gives their chocolate that unique taste. Hershey's does not use this cow milk for their products, sad to say. That's why their chocolate is so inferior to the UK version.
Cadbury's has a long wonderful history that would make an interesting article. The owner even made a village for his employees so when they retired they would have a home for life. I can't even imagine Hershey's doing anything that grand or kind for their employees.

I use a mild to medium heat yellow curry powder added to my regular deviled eggs recipe. Top the filling with a sprinkling of curry or paprika and crispy bacon pieces or kalamata olives. I also throw in 4 extra cooked egg yolks into the mix so there will be lots of filling for the egg whites. The dogs get the leftover egg whites. Does anyone really want egg whites over the filling?

My friend was working at a gas station back when the station attendant pumped the gas for you. Some guy pulls up in his car and tells my friend to "fill it up". As my friend is putting the gas nozzle into the guy's car the man throws a lit cigarette out the window. My friend picks up the cigarette and throws it back into the guy's car and onto his lap. The guy screams "What the heck are you doin', man? Trying to burn me up?" My friend replied "What the heck are you doin, man? Trying to blow us up?" Some people are so stupid...

That guy really loves his skink! His narration got me laughing. We have lots of skinks down in Lake Charles. Some are electric blue with bright flashing copper stripes. They grow about 6-8 inches long, nowhere near Pepperonie's length. But they love to eat fire ants, so bless em all!

I took a cruise a few years back and never will again. The ship's food were works of art but had no flavor! Especially their desserts. They were all elegant, very French cuisine looking but tasteless.

The mindset of my fellow travelers was a sort of near panic that they would not get enough to eat. One time I had my tray on the rail and was looking at the menu and my tray starts moving down the line. The woman next to me was pushing it away. She was "hungry, dammit!"

When I and my group were eating in the elegant dining room they were serving filet mignon that night. I and 3 others in our group did not receive 'filet mignon' or even a close approximation. They were cheap cuts (I know chuck when I see it) and we sent them back. The chef came out and was furious with us. We finally did get the right cuts but what an experience.

The hot tubs were occupied by 4 walruses smoking big fat cigars with ash lying on their enormous bellies. They sat in those tubs all day long ogling the women and girls. They never left the tubs empty. One of them would waddle off to grab some food and booze and bring it back to be eaten while they continued dissolving in the tub.

The swimming pool was packed with kids doing the potty dance and then not. nuh uh

That's just a small sampling of what I experienced on board. Never again.

My Dad's Polish and we had a butter lamb every year on Easter for decades. The high end stores in our town tended to carry them in their dairy section. My dad's got dementia now so he hasn't a clue what a butter lamb is. But it's okay. I'll see him tomorrow and bring him some really good donuts and he'll be a happy camper for an hour or so. Happy Easter, everyone!

He did sound very harsh to the dog. I'm guessing it's a game they play, since the other people in the room were smiling and laughing, but it would have been nice if the guy had approached the dog after yelling at it and given the dog a hug or a pat or shown it some sort of affection. Just my take on it.

I had a Scion car for 3 years. I really liked it but when I had to travel alone with my Pomeranian during the winter months I had a hard time making a quick pit stop because as soon as I'd get maybe 10 feet from the car she would set off the car alarm. She knew right where to jump onto the dash and get that alarm to start blaring. I finally had to put her in her travel kennel so I could leave the car for a couple of minutes.

I've got 2 dogs. The Pom never misses a tossed treat or toy. The Aussie Shepherd on the other hand is as bad as this golden when it comes to food treats. However, she never misses catching her squidgee.
