I really appreciate positive, happy ending animal stories. These stories make me like the world and feel we, as a race, still have the ability and desire to do good and help each other and our animal friends. Thank you!
My parents had a read a German beekeeping article that alleged that a drop of honey in each eye would prevent cataracts. They did it daily for months with no allergic reactions. "Just a little stinging." It didn't work, BTW. They still got cataracts...
I must whole heatedly disagree with this cake. Godzilla would NEVER have been down with pink icing. Green? Fine. Blue? Okay. Dark purple? Gotcha! But bright pink? Nope. Nada. Not gonna work, IMO.
When I was in 6th grade we had a home economics class where the teacher would instruct her students how to make different food recipes. For some reason the teacher gave me an egg to hold 'until further notice'. I had read somewhere that if you applied pressure to the top and the bottom of the egg that it would not crack or open in any way. For nearly an hour in class I applied as much pressure on the top and the bottom of the egg as I possibly could. It did not break to my surprise. I never let up on the pressure until the teacher asked me to hand her the egg. As soon I put it in her hand it exploded all over the place. I don't know why it happened but I'm just glad I didn't get in trouble for it...
OMG!!! What a sweet patient dog! The little lady might very well become a veterinarian some day with such a compliant patient to work with. They are both adorable!
My dad was a master bee keeper for 30+ years so we always had honey, sticky honey in the house, everywhere. I accidentally got honey on my finger and didn't realize it until I rubbed my eye and had an allergic reaction to it. My eyeball blew up to twice it's size engulfing the retina so it looked like it had been pushed into a marshmallow. The white of my eye was sloughing off skin in strips. I ended up in the hospital and was lucky I didn't lose my eye. People need to be careful not to get honey in their eyes, IMO.
I remember when Tang came out on the market. My parents bought it. I thought it tasted pretty good. Not like citrus drinks but kind of like citrus drinks would taste like on the moon..
The End.
WARNING! GROSS DESCRIPTION COMING UP!!

But I do have to wonder if it's got a steady diet of eating birds that land on the water? That mouth is huge...
