There are also those who work second or third shift, or part-time because that's all that's available. Then there are people like me who work flex time. I appear to have free time because I can go places during business hours, but I'm up at 4AM to get stuff done.
I had a weird cat once that stole potatoes from the bin and took them off to private corner. She would bite the peel off and spit out each mouthful, then eat the inside of the potato. We would find a half potato surrounded by a pile of catbite-size peelings.
My dad once gave me a piece of uranium ore and a small Geiger counter to take to school. It was neat! Someone doing that today would probably get arrested.
For the record... I would rather clean up after one large cat than a multi-cat box. We have four cats, despite the fact that I keep telling the kids my limit is two.
Ha! It took me ten minutes to read this story, but only four minutes after posting, we have ten Tweets for it. I am flattered that so many people trust our judgement. Yeah, it really is that interesting.
Yep, Natey, that's exactly what it is. And for decades, the USDA would buy up excess milk to prop up prices to aid dairy farms, and they'd make it into American cheese that they gave away to families, schools, and institutions. Millions of us were raised on it.
But my kids would never rise early enough to catch the bus anyway.
