These Stranger Things Cupcakes Are the Next Best Thing to Chocolate Pudding

Every now and again, a show comes out totally under the radar and then leaves everyone talking for weeks. Last year it was Making A Murderer and right now it's Stranger Things. Redditor youdevildog made cupcakes based on the series and the decorations and flavors are all too perfect for each character. I'm sure fans can recognize the references of Christmas lights and Eggo waffles, but you can see how all the others fit in as well on the Reddit page.

If Seinfeld Had a 9/11 Episode, It Would Read Like This

Image via Steve Harris [Flickr]

Seinfeld is easily one of the most famous shows in history and amost certainly the most famous one set in New York. So if the show was still on the air when the Twin Towers fell, they'd kind of have to write a 9/11 episode or at least referrence the terrible tragedy. But how could they possibly do that on a comedy show without making light of the devestating events themselves? This spec script by comedian Billy Domineau captures the tone perfectly -making light of George's ego, Jerry's OCD, Elaine's relationships and Kramer's well, Kramerness. Sure, it's still a bit tasteless, but it's also damn funny and any fan of Seinfeld will quickly recognize how much it actually reads like a real episode. You can read the script below or click here to see it full size:

The Most Intense Resident Evil Cosplay Ever

Resident Evil's monsters are some of the most haunting creations in any media, let alone in video games. Part of what makes them so horrifying is that you often actually see a regular person transitioning into the gargantuan creature -and that's exactly why this amazing cosplay is so incredible and terrifying.

Amazingly, the entire torso is fabricated -including the head. Also amazingly, this isn't cosplayer Gai's first nightmarish Resident Evil cosplay. He previously created a Stage 2 version of this same character (this one is Stage 1).

Duchess Managed to Turn a Broken Jaw Into an Epic Smile

Duchess was a stray cat that was hit by a car in Texas and brought into the Adobe Animal Hospital. Her broken jaw and status as a stray would have been enough to make most shelters put her down, but this compassionate clinic decided to do surgery despite her slim chances of survival.

And their kindness paid off -Duchess survived and is doing better day by day. She even got a new owner -clinic worker Crystal Tate.

Duchess might have a crooked jaw and have lost some of her teeth for the surgery, but she has an unforgettable smile and a loving home so her future's looking pretty good now.

Cool Art Made From Business Cards

At one point or another anyone working in a professional environment will end up with business cards -and most of us end up with way more of them then we could ever actually hope to use. So what do you do with all those unused cards? Well, you could send them to Petrina Case and ask for a sculpture to be made from your work history.

The talented artist will then make you a sculpture based on your field of expertise built entirely from your business cards and some adhesive. You can even choose an existing sculpture or reach out to her for a cusstom model.

Can You See the Cat Hidden in this Picture?

People are freaking out right now, smashing their phones, tablets and computers trying to see the cat in this pile of logs. It is surprisingly hard to see, but I assure you, it is there. So can you see it?

The Stupidest Internet Trends of All Time

There are a lot of stupid trends that take off online these days, so it takes a lot to actually be one of the top ten stupidest ones featured here. A great example is the duck tape challenge, which involves wrapping someone with duct tape and filming them try to escape. It sounds stupid and painful, but it also ended up being surprisingly dangerous when one kid hit his head on a window ledge while trying to escape and suffered traumatic brain damage and went blind in one eye. Not all of the selections are dangerous -some are just idiotic marketing ideas that actually worked, but in one way or another, these internet trends remind us that we live in a planet of dumbasses.

Fun Facts You Don't Know About Stand By Me

Stand By Me is one of those classic movies adults and (slightly older) kids can enjoy watching over and over. But what do you really know about the film? However much you think you know, I'm willing to bet you weren't hip to many of the fun facts in this fun Zimbio article. For example, did you know it's Stephen King's favorite adaptation of any of his works? Or that King actually had a friend of his get hit by a train when he was a kid? It's a fun read that will make you enjoy the film even more.

If Donald Trump Was 30 Rock's Jenna Maroney

I know. Every time we mention Donald Trump we anger his fans who seem to think there is nothing funny at all about a former reality TV star running for president. The fact is, we're not trying to be political. We just share things that we think are funny -and seeing Donal Trump partnered up with quotes from 30 Rocks' character Jenna Maroney is just plain funny.

Or at least, I think it's funny. And if you agree, you can find more on the Donald Maroney Tumblr.

The Strangest Food and Drink Conspiracy Theories Ever

It should go without saying that Tim Horton doesn't add nicotine to their coffee to get you addicted or that the government isn't adding fluoride to your water to control your mind. Of course, that doesn't mean people don't believe these things.

Strangely though, some consiparcy theories are surprisingly accurate -for example, the popularity of fondue in the seventies was all a result of brilliant marketing from the Swiss Cheese Union. It sounds absurd, but it's actually well documented.

You can read up on more of these odd theories over on Thrillist

The Hilarious Pet Contract One Dad Put Together for His Kids

Kids love pets, but parents aren't always on board -especially if they think they'll get stuck having to take care of the animal. That's why many families write up pet contracts to help make the children understand all the responsibilities associated with owning a dog or cat. The thing is though, usually they aren't as damn hilarious as this contract. I just hope they don't actually surgically remove its paws.

All the Ways the Internet of Things Could Kill You

We're been making a whole lot of products "smart" over the last year or two and while it might seem to make your life easier to have everything hooked up to the internet and connected via Bluetooth, it's only a matter of time before the machine revolution begins. Don't believe me? Just look at all the simple and evil ways your mad machines can start killing you -even your Bluetooth tampons and smart water cups.

Where Can You Go Topless in America

America is a land with many contradictory laws and many states and localities outlawing things that are otherwise legal in the country. One surprisingly complex area of law involves where a woman can or cannot go topless. Fusion took a look at each state's laws to suss out where you can or can't legally bear the breast and the answer is a lot more complex than you might imagine -and that's without adding in the complexities of county or city laws. The image above gives a basic understanding of their discovery, but you don't want to miss the accompanying article discussing how and why these laws get passed.

Star Trek: Into Barkness

(Video Link)

We know that cosplay can make humans happy and even bring them together, but can it do the same for pets? You wouldn't think that could possibly work unless you watch this adorable Paws Play video where a Star Trek cosplay helped this kitty and doggy mend their differences. They may not be as close as Spock and Kirk, but they're building a friendship that could be that tight one day -no matter how illogical it sounds.

Amazing Geek Tattoos Spotted At the 2016 San Diego Comic Con

Geeky people with tattoos tend to have geeky tattoos, so it's no wonder that you can find some amazing geek tattoos at the San Diego Comic Con. Here are a few of the best and coolest tattoos we spotted at the convention.

The Sexiest Witch King In Town

Even the most dedicated Lord of the Rings fan has probably never seen the Witch-King of Angmar like this. You know what they say -if you've got it, flaunt it.

Don't Mess With These Ladies

Some girls like princesses that follow all the rules, like Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty, but others like girls who defy authority.

That's why she had the princesses Daenerys, Merida and Mulan tattooed on her sleeve.

Of course, strong female role models don't end with princesses. These Gotham City femme fatales also belonged to the same woman, Ms. Melissa Romero. All of her work was completed by Steve Rieck, a Las Vegas artist who has a particular interest in doing geeky tattoos.
