I didn't think it was a sexist comment at all - especially when the post was written by a woman!
Poking fun is a big part of this blog, and the comment was done in good humor. Neatorama's authors have a wide latitude (free rein, really) in what they write - and so far they've done a good job. I see no reason for them to change.
And Jacques - too much caffeine can constrict blood vessels, which is a risk factor for stroke.
