it's semantics.. dog, cat, snake, swarm of bees, whatever. i can defend the guy for wanting rightful access to the gym he already signed the papers for and had already taken his cat through on the tour. he has some social issues, no doubt, whether it be diagnosed or not, the man has issues. most domesticated people don't need a "security blanket" in the form of a feline, but if he needs it to feel more comfortable in social settings, he has some issues. i can also defend the gym because the dude didn't need to get so pissed off at them for not allowing the cat inside. they haven't been with the guy for the last however long he's been back. they're genuinely ignorant to his situation, therefore the dudes expectations were unreasonable. you can't expect someone to know what you're thinking unless you tell them. we're not mind-readers, yunno.

haha.. hilarious. the newscaster had no real right to try and drag an apology out of him. she's not his mom. at the same time, he doesn't have to act like a snob and prove to the audience that he's cooler than the glasses he was wearing.

not really much of an effect on my plans. i haven't had cable for almost 4 years now and i don't miss it, really. maybe along with negotiations of better pay, the writers could write better stuff? i mean, consider what we're missing due to this strike... almost nothing, as it seems nobody is effected too much. of course most of us agree that they deserve better pay, but if they aren't even writing very good material, what are they really fighting for? LOST is awesome, and I hear (and read) good things about Heroes, but two shows out of how many isn't much to fight for...

how about people talking as if they're asking a question? as if everything is a quandry? i hate it mostly when teenagers talk? because they always say 'like' and stuff?

i also hate "flawless execution."

"corporate america"

"911"

"terrorism/terrorists/terror"

"tight" and "phat" and "bad"

best story ever. how could this NOT be true? something so sinister couldn't have been carried out better. screw wal mart and their hoards of ignorance. at least he didn't hurt anybody or commit an actual crime. it's hailarious and that store deserved every minute of that uncomfortable 6 hours of german scheisse videos.

I have both the magic bullet and the foreman grill, and i LOVE them! I've made so many things with those appliances... with the magic bullet, I grind my coffee beans, which always makes for better tasting coffee. i make fruit smoothies (fill cup half-way with frozen fruit, about 1/4 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt, and fill the rest of the way with water. it's perfect), i've made omelettes, pancakes, steak burgers, and it's also good for making crushed ice for alcoholic beverages (of course i realize, most people have refrigerators with the 'crush' option built-in.. you lucky bastards..). the foreman grill is great for making melts. i've made tuna melts, grilled cheese, turkey/roast beef melts, hamburgers, breakfast sausage, and it's great for cooking chicken and steaks. what i like best is that you can make grilled cheese (and the other melts) without butter or oil. i recommend those two appliances to anyone! they're made me very happy.

if third world countries were really starving for automobiles (like it says India is), their roadways would be baren. cars are of no necessity in cities, even in westernized societies. we have this sense of urgency to get everybody on the same page as us because we think new = better. developers don't think long-term when it comes to vehicles and technologies, evident of our "need" for upgrades.

danny, i couldn't have said better myself.

i'm wondering.. among all the calls she received about having the guts to do something like this, were any of them interested in the car?
