I not only remember the ads, I actually got a packet of Sea-Monkeys in addition to a kid's magazine and yes, they looked exactly like the ad's picture. I watched them build a castle, crown a king and have feuds and rivalries until they finally all murdered one another in an epic final battle over the Coral Throne. Sea Monkeys ultimately taught me not to get my feet wet in politics.

It's actually that being hinted at that scares me. I can watch a horror movie without blinking because it's pure fantasy but as soon as there is a connection to reality, I break. But the movie has been sitting on my Netflix list for quite a while now and I made a vow to myself to watch it this year. Oh and I'm also quite 'imbued with Holocaust folklore', I'm afraid.
