I can't believe they insist it hasn't changed! They lost an awful lot of sales to me because of this size change, blast 'em. I usually stock up on those babies this time of year, but they just aren't as satisfying in the smaller size. Grrrrrr.

I'm glad to see that the comments on the site support her as much as him. It doesn't look like either one of them is handling this situation very well, but it's clearly not all her fault.
these paintings are NOT totally random - read his methods page. He guides/controls the insects by different means (light, etc). So, while they're not perfectly controlled, they are far from random, or representative of the insects' natural movements.
the links don't say anything about the media, except that they're paintings, so actually, they would seem to be made up of "images of butterfly wings" not actually butterfly wings. That was my concern, too.
