The US didn't give "The world" anything, and I don't know where this self entitlement of "love and respect" you expect is coming from. I honestly don't know any country which feels the need to be narcissistic and put itself up on a pedestal to be loved and cherished by all other countries. Maybe Vatican City, but I doubt the feeling is more than half of what it used to be last year.

Wow, when Czechoslovakia, it made quite the divide. Looks like the Czech Republic got all the beer while Slovakia got all the fat chicks. I duno about you, but I kinda like both.
