This is a Jamaican "pon" anvil. The pon is a circular instrument with many hand hammered raised sections, each giving a different note. This device is what they are made with. The maker must "tune" each pon individually, usually by ear.

This is most certainly a fake. The pistol could not function, as the brass would have caused a stovepipe jam when fired, and second, the balance of the sword has been destroyed. A useless artifact that never really was.
