Yeah, I was going to mention that studies have show people carry a ton more germs on their hands that they do on, say, their butts or genetalia.

The obesity problem can all be traced to High Fructose Corn Syrup, I believe. It's horrible for us and it's in practically everything. Why? Because its very cheap and a lot of different people make money by doing it that way (including the gvt.)
I mean, high-fructose corn syrup is made from corn, obvious. And the gvt. pays farmers to NOT grow corn because is already so abundant in the USA (screwed up, I know - why not just give it to starving countries?).

If I recall, the Aliens were genetically engineered by the Preditor species, specifically to infect other species and breed scary monsters that were hard to hunt.
If that's the case, I'm guessing they could have 'redundant DNA' or other genetically engineered apsects that would make the 'compatible' to gestate within a lot of different species.
