Red Diamonds are the rarest. Of the naturally occuring, I believe there's only been like five found.

However, when I hear about them, I can't help but think of big scary alien bugs pooping them out. (Readers of Dean Koontz may understand why - esp if they read the story 'The Bad Place').

Yes, cat's do spine-defying things. They are almost liquid (there even some website that 'proves' it by putting one in a bowl. :P )
