IMHO, a perfect example of a real trailer that misleads about the tone of the actual movie in order to fill seats.
As for the Art of the Trailer, that American Sniper excerpt completely had me wanting to find out what happened. I was also all-in with the John Carter trailer, but that comes from being a huge fan of the books many years ago.
Haha; I've never seen a reporter hug the interviewee. Though I grew up in MO and not TX, it took some time for me to convince my MD wife that "ma'am" isn't a dirty word. Dadgum Hollywood.
I quoted him, below, but he took multiple pictures just in case she asked to see them. And while I didn't watch all of the video, there are a lot she wouldn't have been aware of anyway.

We don't have to pull bodies from cars and reattach body parts to be helpful. :-/
