Garage conversions are generally against the law in California. They are a bad idea for numerous reasons, but according to this blurb, Camargo is either lying or poorly represented.
If the garage was converted at the time of her purchase, she has the ability to successfully sue the previous owner, the title company, the escrow company and the real estate agent.
People need to keep in mind that only 10% of fraud (identity theft) happens over the Internet. The largest number of cases are caused by friends and family. The most expensive are caused by employees of yours or the staff where you shop and bank.
Wally Pacholka, the photographer, has credentials and awards that are sufficient for me to judge that his description of how the photo was taken are accurate.
Having worked with computers for 30 years and provided tech support in one fashion or another for 20 of them, let me be a strong voice of empathy for such users.

This is definitely a project for a hobbyist. The true cost is going to be closer to $150 and take two days to complete. It is possible to buy a similar panel with the supporting electronics for $250 that also comes with a warranty.

My suggestion, if this really happens to you, is to immediately disassemble the bunk bed. Use the top bunk to barricade yourself in the corner. While back there, do everything you can do to remove the chain. Run away when the Velociraptor has worn itself out trying to get at you.

Let them draw the line. Take care of what is yours and let them take care of what is theirs.

If I had taken this photo, I would retire my equipment and die knowing my life had not been in vain.
