@in_nah- This is NOT some guy in Eastern Europe- This is a guy FROM Eastern Europe that works and lives already for some time in Courtrai in Walonian / Kortrijk in Flemish in the southwest of Belgium, close to the French border and not so far from the North-Sea coast, part of Western Flanders. So he does know how things work in Heartland-Western Europe.
I guess that she will lose her battle if she goes to court because he will have documentation and withnesses of what happened in his shop.

Well.., you CAN fall asleep while being tattooed. I can testify to that, both in having fallen asleep and having seen that happen to others... I like the feeling, like being scratched.
But to my knowledge it is fully impossible to get 56 tattoo's instead of 3 without any tattoo-artist and especially a Roemanian tattoo-artist residing in Belgium where they have 3 languages within their border- asking in as many languages as possible including sign-languages and a if needed possibly translator - "Are you Really Sure about this...???" ...Because setting 56 stars isn't the most pleasing job in the world for any tattoo-artist. Ans setting them on a face is an absolute guarantee in advance for getting publicity or at least attention from folks.

What I don't understand is that in my country- you have to fill in some forms in advance that state that you complie with the treatment and that it was you who gave the order to being tattooed. Don't they have that in Belgium...?

This is one in the "ThisisAMAzinJim!!!" category that the tv-addict avid couchpotatoes, elderly in need, the top-end obese and the handicapped will love to order...

http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lijst_van_Nederlandse_vestingsteden_en_versterkte_steden is the Dutch Wikipedia-site. It sites about 166 cities in the Netherlands alone that are or were fortified cities like bourtange. http://www.vestingsteden.nl/citylist.html?lang=nl gives about 20 Dutch cities (not small villages like Bourtange of Veere or plain forts with similar shape like Rammekens, Sabina, De Schans near Goedereede or Fort Rijnouwen near Utrecht) that still have their walls and moats mostly intact. That list doesn't mention the Dutch cities that have -parts of- their mediaeval walls and/or moats still intact.

Only in the Netherlands.
And the most important reason all those walls and moats around cities still exist, is because at the critical time when the function of fortification was scrapped- they did't have money to demolish them.... And only several decades later, some folks started to see their touristic value and now all those cities that demolshed theirs scream with envie and some try to bring back some traces of those walls and moats...

Yeah wel... Bit complicated this one. But I wonder how far you need to go on a personal level to show the world something's wrong.... Perhaps when he's ill, he can sue someone for several billions of dollars in damage...? Perhaps that would make a difference.

That planet and star size is very humbling... And then it didn't even show the size of the galaxies that are yet so much bigger... And then they didn't even show the galaxy-clusters that again are X-fold bigger....

No indeed we puny humans ain't the center of anything...

Call me a dork, but I see an animal that defintely is not okay here. If a cockatoo looks ruffled in his feathers like this and behaves like that, it has psychological problems. It does not feel well.

So the only thing I can say here is- Poor animal... So sad to see- my heart bleeds for this creature.

When I was young, I once was swept off the ground off a dike and thrown away several meters by a windgust during a storm. Seeing these pictures brings back a nightmare.
