hmmm, I really like the groom in white and the men in black off to his side; really quite beautiful. Saw a news clip on him recently, I guess he's still actively losing weight and looking into physical/occupational therapy or something like that. it would be pretty amazing if he could walk again.
I think Colt's right...bird flus in farming villages are spread mostly from people in very close contact with their chickens...ie living with them inside or cuddling with them and stuff like that...
Sara: Yeah, but how can you accurately judge exactly when an animal needs food? If you're feeding a snake every 6 months, what if it got to be a week before the feeding date and you cleaned the cage? Wouldn't the snake be hungry? I know 10 minutes before lunch time I'm usually hungry...and I also know that overfed snakes have a really hard time moving around, when they actually accept the excess food.
So it's a balance between knowing exactly when to feed, how much to feed, and when to avoid the snake cage.
lol, Dave Barry did an excellent column on Dave's Cigarettes just after they finished their trial run in the Seattle/Tacoma area...he was IRATE that they were using the name Dave for the cigarettes.
I tend to agree that being obese has nothing to do with being intellectual...yes, after a long period of hard thinking you can feel very hungry, and yes a lot of people work "intellectual" jobs, but intelligence should extend beyond the workplace. I myself am fairly overweight (though nowhere near that photo, thank God), and know it has nothing to do with the fact that I'm going to school in a difficult field. Saying that "Oh, I get hungry because I study so much, and because I study so much I have no time to work out!" would be so much easier, and it's what most people do. Sure, I have limited free time, and I choose to use that time being with friends instead of at the gym, and it's why I'm overweight.
What I really don't understand is why everyone keeps searching for more and more excuses for obesity when although there are genetic predispositions, the vast majority of obese people are simply sedentary over-eaters. Spend the money getting good habits kicked into kids at a young age instead of finding more excuses for perfectly cognizant adults who should know better!

But I would totally have that as a wedding topper.
