With a steel-frame-and-brick building, this sounds more or less possible... with an all brick buildig, i would have preferred to be on vacation during the movement... However it is really impressive to see a building rotating...

Just start form the folloing preassumptions: Just expect that aperson has no childs and relatives or that the relatives of first, second or third grade are all dead. Espect that the peer group of this person moved away or to a retirement castle or just died before him... The last of his peer group, and in case there is some kind of trouble with the neighbours, they won't miss him too, or may event be happy not to meet him... And firally he dies... nobody knows and nobody cares... But as he is dead too, i presume he won't care either..
