no, actually there's Bear World in Idaho, not too far from Yellostone. i went through there with 4 generations crammed into one truck. one of the bears got onto the toneau cover and put his nose right on the back sliding window and gave my grandma and my 2 and 3 year old nephews quite a good, close-up view! very anti-climatically, one of the park workers came over and very nonchalantly shooed him off with a stick... anyway, pretty fun experience with my family that i will always remember, and surprisingly for you, rcbx, the bears did not pry our (locked) car open while we were there. and if you're dumb enough to sit there and let that happen, you probably deserve to be bear food, according to Darwin. just sayin'.

I notice there are no free-range safari car parks for bears... Probably because they can pry your (locked) car open in a couple minutes, no trouble.

I haven't been there since I was a kid. I remember feeding the bears.
