We've all seen videos of skateboarding bulldogs before, but for owners who aren't quite sure how to get their dogs rolling, Ivan Juscamaita is here to help. His weekly school session in Brazil is the first organized effort to educate dogs to skateboard.

Actually, it isn't in Brazil. The video is very clear: Lima, Peru. The guy speaks Spanish. Brazilian official language is Portuguese.
