Wendy's Demon Flesh

No, horse meat isn't why Wendy's burgers are so darned tasty. They use demon flesh, instead. Oh vandalism, you can be cute sometimes. Via Obvious Winner

Anybody know what the sign said pre-vandalism that it could be rewritten as "Demon Flesh"? I went to the Internet Anagram Server and found nothing. (Even substituting a W for the M since it looked like an inverted letter) A brain-baffler that is haunting me like a Demon Burger...

The demon flesh burger is ripoff. There's only 70% demon in that patty.

You don't want to know what's in the other 30%.
