Ken Levine, the creator of the BioShock video game franchise, tells the tale of the discovery of the mysterious underwater city founded by the mad Celestia. It is a city with "No gods, no kings. Only ponies." Celestia asks a simple question, "Is a pony not entitled to the sweat of her own brow?"
