That's a retired Boeing KC-97 tanker aircraft built in 1953. Now it's the centerpiece of The Airplane Restaurant in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Takeout tells us that this unique eatery holds 42 people in the fuselage, where you can make Seinfeld jokes about airline food. The menu includes American classics, but also dishes with aviation references, such as the Flying Fortress Fajita Salad and the Rueben von Crashed. The drink list includes the Arctic B-52 and the Canadian Bomber.
The plane itself can get crowded, so it's helpful that there's a larger seating area for 233 people that uses the plane as a wall. The Takeout says the food is reported to be meh, but the novelty of the experience makes the visit worthwhile.
