Hehe, this looks rather similar to the "Learning Center" that is currently being built in Lausanne, Switzerland, to host, among other things, a library:

This is very wrong. It certainly does not belong in Prague, a city renowned for it's beauty. Their website (Future Systems) is also horrendous. This reminds me why I hate so many things from 1994. This better be a sick joke.

this project was (and it still is) very criticized. But it was chosen between a huge pack of it. I've been in one exposition that had all the projects that run for that project.. and almost all were quiet "modern style"
