How an Engineer Folds a Shirt
(YouTube link)
Of course, an engineer would build a simple machine to do the task! -via Geek Like Me
And if you don't have those mad engineering skills, you could always blow your money on this:
This device is seen on a new episode of The Big Bang Theory where Sheldon is folding his t-shirts
.-
Yeah, we used those all the time in the screenprinting biz.
That is completely anal.
I know someone who has the plastic version.
I've seen department store clerks using a similar device to fold sweaters for display.
I have the flipfold! I love that blue plastic bastard.
Flipfold....more shyte made in China you don't need in your house (sorry JT).
I've seen something like this before... can't remember where, though.
i like it!
I've seen them using these at Sears before. I always thought it looked pretty handy.
Still, NOTHING beats the Japanese Shirt Folding Video! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5AWQ5aBjgE
I remember seeing one of those Flipfolds used at a store and being vaguely... well, excited to see how they got all their display shirts so neatly and perfectly folded.
That said, beyond preventing wrinkles, there's not any reason to be so exacting with one's shirts at home.
Love the machine - wouldn't buy one.
That Japanese method is awesome.
@ ted
After watching the Japanese video I've been using that method as well. So much easier to pack a suitcase as well with that method.
I was about to post the Japanese video too! No need to buy Chinese crap!
i just had flashbacks of playing sonic the hedgehog in the mid 90's.
