Guy Shares His Little Sister's "Savage" Report Card

Some teens are a real handful, acting out against parents and teachers whenever they feel like it and generally making childless couples happy they don't have any kids to deal with.

These teenage terrors can't seem to stop causing trouble, making the lives of their teachers, and their fellow students, a living hell with their disruptive behavior, which sometimes reads like a cry for help.

A guy named Zain from Birmingham, England took a look at the comments on his sister's 9th grade report card and felt compelled to share it with the interwebs because apparently she's a real devil child!

The whole thing may very well be a fake, or Zain's sister may have severe psychological problems, but either way it's entertaining because it reads like Dennis the Menace's a report card straight from Sweet Valley High.

*sigh* I remember my first "arm lock" incident...

Can You Guess What Names These Baristas Are Trying To Spell?

Writing a name coherently on the side of a cup is definitely not a prerequisite skill for baristas, which is why I always tell them my name is Frank, because it's hard to muck that one up.

But some baristas have a real knack for turning a perfectly ordinary and easy to read name into a illegible jumble of letters or a bizarre new word nobody has ever heard of.

If you think you've got the code breaking skills to figure out barista handwriting then you should take the Can You Guess What Names These Baristas Were Trying To Spell? quiz here.

Some of them are really hard to figure out, but they'll all make you wonder what those coffee fumes are doing to their minds!

How To Convert A Skateboard Into A Powerful Slingshot

Skateboards make really good weapons, because you can slash with a curb sharpened edge, swing the board like a bat or leave a dent in a forehead with cast metal trucks.

But Joerg Sprave of The Slingshot Channel didn't do much skating when he was younger, because he was too busy cutting stuff up and turning it into weapons in his workshop.

In this episode Joerg cuts up a skateboard to create a mighty powerful, pulley based slingshot that can shoot a 60mm lead ball straight through particle board, thereby making it the ultimate way to carck heads open with a skateboard.

Derek Zoolander By Annie Leibovitz

Ben Stiller created Derek Zoolander because he knew he was too good looking for Hollywood but didn't want to come off as a total d-bag by declaring himself gorgeous so he let Derek do the declaring for him.

Now we all know how striking Stiller looks when he's channeling Zoolander, and yet Ben hasn't spent nearly enough time in front of the camera to justify his top model status, so he called a devoted fan in to take his picture.

This rabid Zoolander fan is named Annie Leibovitz, maybe you've heard of her?

She's supposedly pretty famous in her own right, but her star power couldn't outshine Derek's as he began to strike striking poses and put his prettiest face forward.

Annie's photos of the fabulous Zoolander will be featured in the February 2016 issue of American Vogue, make sure you pick up a copy before the wicked Mugatu buys them all for his bonfire!

The Greens Prepare Strange Recipes From The 50s

You've probably heard about strange recipes from the 40s and 50s, dishes like lime cheese salad, lobster relish or ham and banana hollandaise that seem too repulsive to eat.

Well, not all retro recipes are repulsive, nor do they all call for Jell-O gelatin, because as Hank and Katherine Green from the vlogbrothers YouTube channel discovered some are just plain bland!

(YouTube Link)

Thankfully Hank and Katherine are adventurous eaters willing to make, and taste test, some of the strange recipes found in a neat old newspaper clipping cookbook Katherine inherited from her grandmother.

Actors Who Received Oscar Nods For Less Than 20 Minutes Of Screen Time

Some stars can't get an Oscar nod to save their life, and no matter how many blockbuster movies they star in, or how brightly they shine in the hearts of their fans, the Academy Award eludes them.

And then there are actors like Anthony Hopkins, Ingrid Bergman and Judi Dench who don't need to be on screen for long to steal the show from their fellow stars, receiving Oscar nominations for less than 20 minutes of screen time.

Anthony Hopkins appeared in Silence Of The Lambs for less than 16 minutes and yet he took home a Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of Hannibal.

Ingrid Bergman won an Oscar for her performance in Murder On The Orient Express, a film in which she played a pivotal role despite only being on camera for just over fourteen minutes.

But the award for briefest appearance goes to Judi Dench, who won an Oscar for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth in Shakespeare In Love, which amounted to a whopping 8 minutes of screen time.

Here she is in 1999 accepting the award, which was presented by Robin Williams:

Snoop Dogg Narrates Planet Earth

Snoop Dogg is not so much a tree hugger as he is a guy who smokes trees, but that doesn't mean he's isn't a friend to his fellow animals.

As his name implies Mr. Dogg is a huge fan of animals, and his encyclopedic knowledge of all creatures great and small landed him the animal lover gig of a lifetime- narrator for the nature documentary series Planet Earth.

BBC's Planet Earth series is normally narrated by David Attenborough, but people thought his narration left the series lacking any sort of street cred, so they brought in the Dee Oh Double Gee to make us howl with laughter!

Guy Falling For 9 Seconds While Trying To Shovel Snow: The Remixes

Slipping and sliding while shoveling snow is something many people can relate to right about now, and something that will become even more relatable in the coming months.

But the person falling down doesn't generally see the trip as a laughing matter, so they have to laugh at the guy doing the snow shovel dance in this video instead.

(YouTube Link)

His slick snow shoveling moves are so hot they melt the ice, so video remixers took him to all sorts of stellar places, including an intense battle with that shufflin' Sith Darth Maul.

Amazing Video Of Jim The Pit Bull Doing Barkour

What we humans refer to as parkour, animals see simply as a convenient way to get around town fast, and yet some animals have clearly been around town a bit more than others.

And when those freerunning furballs go the extra mile to impress their humans, it makes for some mighty fun-to-watch footage, like this video of Jim the Pit Bull doing his thing on the mean streets.

Jim the Pit Bull is on a mission to prove that bark-our is even more impressive to watch than parkour, and his moves are so slick the squirrels are taking notes!

Fifteen Images That Illustrate Why Letter-Spacing Is So Important

Graphic designers know how important letter-spacing (tracking) is to a design that features lots of typography, like those created for store signs or billboards, and yet some designers still manage to fall short.

They haven't learned to leave enough space between letters so the words they're writing can be clearly understood, a rookie mistake that may cause a budding graphic designer to lose clients.

But you don't have to be in the graphic design biz to find this tip helpful- make sure you leave enough space between letters or you may end up making an anal of yourself!

Surreal Short Film Imagines What Paris Would Look Like As Deserted Movie Set

There has been a dark cloud hanging over the city of Paris since the attacks of November, 2015, but the city of Light has proven time and again that nobody can put out its fire.

However, many people who visit Paris only see the epic sights, such as the Eiffel Tower or the Arc De Triomphe , and to them Paris could be seen as a massive theme park or movie set.

(Vimeo Link)

Apparences was created by French filmmaking duo Claire & Max as a visual examination of these thoughts:

What if everything around us was false? And if our environment was ultimately a single movie set? Would we really be real in this setting? “. Many issues that fuel both an imaginary but also pose those appearances and appearance. We therefore offer 4 minutes immersion in a Paris where the facades have been reworked in order to better immerse themselves in this world so strange.

Man Hides Marriage Proposal In Every Photo Taken With Girlfriend For Months

People are pressured into coming up with bigger, bolder and more sensational marriage proposals these days due to the massive influence the internet has on our lives.

But proposer Ray Smith from Grimsby, England didn't just want to come up with an over-the-top way to propose to his girlfriend Claire- he wanted to toy with his future wife as well.

So Ray started snapping lots of pics of their time together, hiding a "will you marry me?" sign in each and every photo taken for five months, 148 photos in all, without his girlfriend ever noticing.

Ray finally popped the question on Christmas morning, using the photo montage video he'd been slyly creating for the last five months as his version of an epic proposal.

The Time Quentin Tarantino Directed An Episode Of ER

Now that Quentin Tarantino is considered part of the Hollywood elite it's hard to imagine him using his movie directing skills to create content for television.

But surprisingly Tarantino directed an episode of ER in 1995, two months after winning the Best Screenplay Oscar for Pulp Fiction, episode 24 of season one entitled "Motherhood".

(YouTube Link)

Quentin was brought into the Emergency Room by George Clooney, who was set to star in the Tarantino/Rodriguez film From Dusk Til Dawn, and a particularly violent script by Lydia Woodward was chosen to keep the episode nice and Tarantino-y.

(YouTube Link)

Tarantino was paid $30,000 for the episode, and he was hoping to come back as a recurring episode, but alas Quentin would steer clear of television for ten years until returning in 2005 to direct an episode of CSI.

There Is Nothing Wrong With This Picture

Do you see anything wrong with this photo recently posted on Imgur?

(Image Link)

I didn't really see anything but a photo of a bald guy nuzzling an infant child, but many people online are claiming they don't see a bald guy at all- they see a hairy butt hanging above the baby's head.

This optical illusion is caused by a combination of heavy body hair, baldness and the father's posture, and Internetters from all over the world have shared, and shared a laugh about, this funny optical illusion photo.
