"Peggy Sue got married" with Kathleen Turner and Cage should be mentioned. While Turner was excellent in the movie Cage was sooo totally miscast that it made his scenes cringe-worthy. I recently watched this movie again and it doesn't improve with age. He was just completely miscast for that movie.

Not one of their best songs, IMO and I found the imagery off-putting - especially video bits of John 'dancing' manically around. No, I don't ever want to view that video again.

One year I was in the hospital for Thanksgiving so my daughter who had become a vegan that year decided to make a tofurkey for the holiday "with all the trimmings" for the rest of the family. You can't make gravy from a tofukey, btw. Apparently it was disgusting and ended up in the bin with the rest of the veggie debris.

I directed 30 plays and acted in more than that over a 20 year span working in the 'theatre'. I have stated in the past, and I'm still sticking with my statement, that at least 85% of actors have mental problems. I am talking delusional. What we would call "sane" is hard to find within the acting community. Oh... the stories I could tell.

Hell Night. Time for vandals to burn down abandoned (or Squatter or Drug Den) houses. Detroit was always on fire in multiple areas during Hell Night. The police would ask for people to patrol areas to prevent fire bugs from torching buildings. I remember some neighbors sitting on the roofs of their houses with flashlights and loaded rifles. ah... fun times

I had a house on 10 acres and all the neighbors had 10 or more acres. I have no idea if a large expanse of land had anything to do with the fairy rings I would get on my front lawn. They did not have any mushrooms in them that I could see. I thought they were pretty cool looking.

We had a 'lone wolf' squirrel who was assigned the task of taking out the internet at various times of the year. He was actually seen on camera breaking into a metal casing that held sensitive wires and cables and stripping them of their rubber/plastic/??? sleeves and shorting out the feed AND filling the metal casing to the brim with acorns. Sabotage is a squirrel's greatest talent. You have been warned...
