Abby and Brittany Hensel are the conjoined twins from Minnesota you may remember from the TV special Joined for Life. They share many body organs, and each twin controls one arm and leg, but they coodinate so well they seem to move as one. Now almost 17 years old, here’s an update of how Abbby and Brittany are doing in high school. Push play or go to MetaCafe.

You’ve heard the phrase “like nailing jelly to the wall” to describe a difficult task. Graeme Cole decided to find out exactly how difficult it was to nail jelly (or Jello for Americans) to a wall. He chronicled his experiment step-by-step with pictures. Link -via the Presurfer

Our further investigation into this area leads us to state the following: Jell-O can be effectively nailed to a wall if you increase its density by reducing the proportion of water to gelatin in the recipe, or fortify it by adding more gelatin powder.

Wordy is SO addicting once you get the hang of it! This game is a cross between Boggle and Tetris, or maybe a wordfind puzzle. As the letters drop, click on adjacent letters to spell a word. You can go in any and all directions, and even change direction, as long as the letters are next to each other. Then click again on the last letter. If that word (of at least three letters) is in their dictionary, the tiles will disappear. But you have to hurry! Link -via Transbuddha

Visuwords is an online graphical dictionary. Learn how words associate with other words with the diagrams that come with each entry. After your word loads, run your mouse over the word or the associated words to get a definition. I like the way the graphics bounce around, because I am easily amused.
