I've found that people who disclose, or even care about, their IQ scores are not as smart as they think they are. Nothing good will come of it. You can tell how intellectual someone is just by talking to them, if that's what makes you happy.
You have to have a family income within certain income ranges to qualify for Obamacare. Texas did not participate in the federally-funded Medicaid expansion, so poor people who fall in that gap do not qualify. People who are too wealthy for Obamacare subsidies sometimes don't want to buy health insurance, also.
