We had the traditional meal last night because my guests are leaving today. It ended up being pulled pork barbecue sandwiches, collard greens, and black-eyed peas. I have never cooked collard greens because of unpleasant school lunch memories. My daughter fried them up with onions, garlic, and ham bits, and they were pretty good!

I saw "talk to the fin" and thought, wouldn't that be a wing? Yeah, but they don't fly and are used as fins. For some reason, I Googled for a link about that, and was appalled that so many people can't figure out if a penguin is a fish, mammal, or bird.
