I'm not buying the paranormal "vibe," but there are legitimate reasons why two people occupying the same home at different times would be made unhappy. The insulation is insufficient, the plumbing keeps breaking down, there is mold in the basement, the neighbors make too much noise, the kitchen is a depressing color. These things can lead to anecdotal evidence that cause other people to believe in "vibes."
