Tips are never required, but for decent service in the USA, customarily start at 15%. I usually tip a rounded figure between 15-20% ( I don't eat out much).
Nobody would want my van. The sliding rear doors don't slide, the driver's window won't roll down, the heater fan only works on two of the four settings, the DVD player is gone but the screen still lights up at night, and half the knobs for everything are missing.
One summer I lived and worked at an amusement park. The ice cream shop set out an entire crate of bananas that were just past the point of looking perfect for banana splits. So my roomies and I took them and made daiquiris. The shop owner saw us and told the whole village we were eating out of the trash.
Where I live, you have to actively teach your children how to open their ear canals while driving up and down mountains. A yawn is a helpful hint to them.
Hmm, then I guess the Santos are using Chrome, which would of course go to Google Search. Try that on Firefox, and it goes to the search page of my local provider, whom I do not want to use in any way. I tried using Chrome, but it wouldn't let me copy text from pdfs, and I got tired of switching browsers to do that.
This hits a little close to home. My home burned down on January 15, 1976, when I was 17. We had 18 cats at the time, and though some survived, they never came back. That event shaped my attitudes on material possessions and dealing with change.
On the up side, I never have to lock it.
They were good daiquiris.
