I think of this ad as a great sorting mechanism. It would attract the sort of people that the agency wants and discourage others from even considering applying.
You certainly know barrels. When Recyclart labeled it at a wine barrel, I had guessed that they hadn't looked further into this particular bike. Maybe I was wrong.
