Bone Pugz Are Truly Gangster

(Video Link)

These pugs are the most thugalicious pups I've ever seen and, as a result, they made what is probably the best music video ever. There is a bit of language in the song, but I that can be easily excused when the rappers are this cute.

The Official Winners of the Pi Day Contest

Last month, I put up a post about the great geeky pies made for National Pi Day that included the one above that I speculated should win this year's contest. Well, the results have finally been released and sure enough, Shannon N.'s creation won. You can check out the rest of the winners over at Serious Eats.

And remember, just because Pi Day is past doesn't mean it's too late to eat some delicious pies!

Kitty Doesn't Like

(Video Link)

If you've ever had a grumpy kitty then you can surely identify with this video, even if you can't stand the pop-punk tune itself.

Be Warned: There is some minor NSFW language at the end, but that's one thing kitty does like so it has to be there.

7 Stories of 7 Incredible Siamese Twins

Just about everyone is familiar with Chang and Eng as they are by far the most famous of all Siamese twins, but there's still probably plenty of information you didn't know about these two brothers. For example, the term "Siamese twins" was actually based on them. There's also a chance you know someone related to them:
The twins adopted the last name Bunker, bought a plantation and slaves, and married two sisters, Adelaide Yates and Sarah Anne Yates. Chang had 10 children, Eng 11 or 12, and today the twins’ descendants are said to number more than 1,500, among them sets of non-conjoined twins.

Learn more about the brothers and about 6 other pairs of conjoined twins over at Environmental Graffiti.

Keep Your Kittens Locked Up This Sunday

Have you ever wondered why your kitty is so crazy? It might be the nature of cats, or it could just be because the Easter Bunny messed with him one too many times. That's why you really ought to keep your little furball locked up this Easter. After all, even if he doesn't take out the bunny like Mittens did, the Easter Bunny could just as easily torment your kitten even more, making him even more insane.

14 Wonderfully Geeky Easter Eggs

I don’t know about you guys, but the extent of my Easter egg decorating ends with being able to use two different dyes on an egg and then slapping on a few stickers. I once tried to paint one with real paint at a party where everyone was doing the same and mine was probably the worst, looking like a six year-old’s rendition of a dying Tony the Tiger. Fortunately, not everyone is as lacking in artistry as I am. In fact, some people have turned the process of coloring Easter eggs into a true art form. And where there’s art, there’s geekery. Here are a few of the most awesomely geeky Easter eggs ever created. If I could give out an award for best over all geek Easter egg creator, it would have to go to Flickr user Rakka. For starters, there’s this fun little Bender design. Just tell me you don’t want to bite his shinny metal yolk. Ever thought your eggs needed to be upgraded? Well, the Cybermen are here ready to go to work on your Easter treats. Soon they will all be compatible. The only problem with these adorable LEGO eggs is that unlike the real thing, they don’t interlock with one another. Even so, they’d be perfect for any youngster who prefers LEGOland over Disneyland. With Jake the dog and Finn the human, the (Easter Egg hunting) fun will never end. Rakka also included everyone’s favorite spoiled royal heir, Lumpy Space Princess.

The Cutest Renditions of the Saddest Comic Book Moments Ever

Don't you hate it when all of your loved ones die? Well, it could be worse, in the words of the adorable skateboarding kitty poster I had as a child "at least I look cute." All of these precious little creations showing the saddest moments in great comic books, all drawn by Tony Fleec, certainly have that distinction at least.

Fleec also has the distinction of being the artist responsible for those great comic book teen novel covers John posted last week.

If Your Favorite Characters Were Fonts

G is for Gonzo P is for Pepe and U is for Uncle Deadly. I don't know about you guys, but I desperately need to download this font. Of course, if you prefer Harry Potter, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Pixar movies, then there are other alphabets that you might suit you better.

Hello Kitty Wants To Predict Your Future

Because nothing says "super natural"  and "occult" like Hello Kitty. From what I hear they're fairly accurate, but only after you spill the blood of a virgin unicorn on them first, otherwise the cards are just nonsense.

Oh Hello Kitty, is there anything that you won't put your name on?

Greetings From Prince Harry

When you hear the name Prince Harry, you might be tempted to think of Princess Di's youngest son, but why bother wasting your time with the royal family when you could look at these adorable pictures of a pygmy hippo bearing the same name? Unfortunately, little Harry's mother didn't feel the same:
The mother and calf were closely monitored, and after 5 hours of no feeding, the decision was made to pull the calf from its mom in the hopes of his survival. Harry was immediately weighed, wrapped in blankets and transported to the hand-rearing facility where he was fed. He is being hand-reared by very loving curator and caretaker, Toni Inggs.

Both Harry and his mother in fine health and Prince Harry seems to be doing just fine on his own.
