Yesterday, I brought you guys the Breakfast of Dali and today, it's time for his Mae West Room dessert, as created by Le Belle Aurora Sugar Art. But that's not the only cake based on the work of famous artists. In fact, that's the entire theme of this great Sunday Sweets list on Cake Wrecks. Whether you prefer the works of Grant Wood, René Magritte, Van Gogh or Picasso, this article has you covered from these angles and more. Best of all, unlike priceless works of art, you can not only touch these, but eat them!

This Halloween, show that you encourage his (or her) sideshow obsession by offering your babe this great strong man costume complete with a plush 150 pound weight. Then your little one will know that you will encourage their dreams so they don't need to runaway and join the circus because you'll be right their supporting their off-beat career choice the whole way. Etsy seller TheWishingElephant can help you make your baby's dream come true with this great costume available on their shop.
There's no denying that both red pandas and giant pandas are both arodable, but in the battle of cuteness, who wins? They aren't closely related species (giant pandas are bears while red pandas are more closely related to weasels), so it's not like comparing a corgi to a shibu inu.
When you're battling in cuteness scales, it's often best to compare the babies of the animals as they tend to present the most absolutely adorable version of their species. In this case, we've got two red panda twins from the Dublin Zoo against a baby giant panda girl from the Smithsonian National Zoo -but feel free to base your vote and comments on all images, videos and in-person experiences you've had with either animal.
Want something sweet for Halloween? Then you won't want to miss this fantastic holiday recipe round up from Sugar Kissed. The Oreo Cakester bats are a cute treat that couldn't be simpler, but if you're looking for something a little more complex, try your hand at baking a Frankencake. Personally, I'd like to try my hand at the cinnamon caramel apple pumpkins. Whatever you're into though, there's certainly one recipe here you'll enjoy.
Sure, Salvador's Breakfast might be a little hard to eat, but if you live in the surreal universe of Dali, melting crepes are hardly your biggest problem. DeviantArt user WildOrchidRain made this delightful creation for breakfast one morning and it looks like it would be fairly easy to replicate as long as you have a nice knife and a good table to dangle your crepe off of.
Everyone knows classic fairy tales, especially the ones that Disney has taken on in their films, to the point that even one small picture can be used to identify the story in question. That's the brilliance of Christian Jackson's minimalist fairy tale posters. Each one features just one (or a handful) of images from these classic tales and the name of the story, though you could probably identify most of these without having the name there to help.

We've seen plenty of pet capybaras on the internet by now (most famously Captain ROUS), but none of them have yet been nearly as geeky as the delightfully precious JoeJoe. He not only has posed in this cute little Batman story, he also has been known to dress in a great Batman costume of his own and pose alongside AT-AT's.
It just goes to show that even if you're among the the largest rodents on earth, you can still hope to grow up to be a giant crime-fighting bat.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve always had a soft spot for cheesecake art from the forties and fifties and I’m certainly not alone. In fact, many modern artists take inspiration from this style and some even incorporate their favorite fictional characters into these classic poses. Here are a few examples of pinup art with a decidedly geeky twist.
For the Love of Harley Quinn
When it comes to Harley Quinn pinups, it’s hard to beat this great piece by Steven Donegani that not only shows the artist’s adoration for classic pinup art, but also for Harley herself. Poison Ivy fans will be happy to know that Steven also made a similar piece featuring our favorite plant-loving villain.
DC Supercuties
Why settle for a Jack-In-The-Box when you can instead have an adorable little Harley-On-The Box? Last year, artist Lora Zombie released a six-part series of sweet and sexy DC comic book girls posed as classic pinup girls. She put 150 of each print up for sale on Eyes on Walls and now only Harley, Supergirl and Batgirl are still available.
The Sweetest Supergirl
At the end of a hard day, nothing feels better than stripping off your crime fighting boots and relaxing on the couch with your super kitty. At least, that’s the vibe I get from this adorable pinup art by Elizabeth Torque.
It Would Be Hard Not to Touch Her
DeviantArt user Lovely Zitalee specializes in drawing pinups of classic characters. Among the many franchises she’s worked on are the Flintstones, the X-Men, the Addams Family, the Nightmare Before Christmas and Alice in Wonderland. In fact, if you like what you see here, you really should make a trip to her page to enjoy all the great pinups she has to offer.
For years we thought that The Doctor originally stole a TARDIS, but it was only during Matt Smith's Era during "The Doctor's Wife" that we found out that the TARDIS, aka "Sexy," actually ran away with a young Time Lord of her choosing. That story line is reflected through Tumblr user JigglyKat's adorable painting titled "I Stole A Time Lord." The work was created for a Galifrey art show back in 2012 and now I wish I got to see that show for myself.
Say hello to my new little friend! This little guy is all ready for Halloween in his tiny pinata costume complete with a decorative sombrero. While it looks like something that you would have to buy from the store, Studio DIY has the directions on how to make it yourself and it sounds relatively easy -just glue strips of crepe paper glued to a dog sweater. Of course, you probably will have to buy your own dog sombrero.
Buffalo chicken wings are great, but they aren't exactly a meal. If you're looking for a better way to enjoy those flavors as a main course, whether for a good party treat or just for diner at home, this tasty treat by Closet Cooking combines the classic flavors of chicken, hot sauce (make it Frank's for the most traditional flavor) and blue cheese. Fritos would be a great crispy addition, especially since you don't want to dip fresh celery in it like you would if you were eating real buffalo wings.
Pretty much everyone agrees that pandas are adorable, but there are those who claim that the money we've been spending on panda conservation would be better spent on other species and that we should just let pandas die off and worry about other creatures instead. in 2009, David Plotz of Slate wrote: "Pandas are not ill-natured. They are worse: They are no-natured. Drearier animals you cannot imagine. They are highly anti-social, detesting interaction with other pandas and people."
For those who disagree with this concept, Popular Science writer Dan Nosowitz has many strong argurments to argue with those who say pandas don't deserve to live. While you should certainly read the whole thing, the bottom line is that pandas have evolved just fine to survive in their environment. The reason they're having problems now is only because we have interfered with their ecosystem to the point that they can't survive in it properly -that means we owe it to them to help stop their extinction and to right the wrongs of our own species.

Beam me up Simon Doohan! Redditor ThatNordicGuy has been busy doing all kinds of face morphs including some featuring the old and new X Men cast members, but the most impressive series he's created are those showing the new and old Star Trek cast members. Here is Simon Pegg and James Doohan together in what is certainly the ultimate Scotty.

We've previously talked about Evil Mad Scientist Lab's Eggbot machine and while decorating eggs is certainly the main purpose of the Eggbot, it's not the only thing you can do with the great device. In fact, you can actually use it for decorating pumpkins and if you have the ostrich egg version, you can even decorate full-size pumpkins up to 6" in diameter (the original Eggbot only can handle pumpkins up to 4" in diameter). They even have a great blog post showing exactly how to do it.
Of course, if you prefer to limit your Eggbot for only eggs, you can always turn your eggs into adorable little ghosties like these for Halloween.
Rebel Donuts has sold Breaking Bad donuts featuring blue rock candy for a while now and a few other shops have also followed suit, but this is the first time I've seen any Breaking Bad food based on Jesse's original meth. Magee's Bakery in Kentucky made a great tribute to the whole history of the show by releasing these great chocolate donuts with rock candy that has just a touch of chili powder in it -just like Jesse's original meth recipe.
