I always heard that was the case in San Francisco, with the exception J Cubed mentioned...and while I never looked up the law, it did make sense considering San Francisco's history as an old west town...and the number of prostitutes there today.
LisaL, they left off a lot of people who could have been on the list. There was also the kid who tortured cats and the other preteen slutty girl who ended up having her whole family move out of fear.

As I said, we all read tons of blogs to find content so we forget where we saw what article was posted.
Again, if you have such a problem with the blog -as you obviously do, given that ALL of your comments are negative, go somewhere else. Actually hector, I had to get a business license to operate as a freelance writer for neatorama. I'm pretty sure Alex had to get a license to run the site and the shop too.
I'm with mistwolf on this one. While I see your point remf3, it's a slippery slope when it comes to defining service animals. What happens if the person needs their old, smelly mutt in order to deal with an emotional problem?
