This was covered in a video for PBS Space Time on Youtube - it's not impossible it would just take an extremely long time, lots of money, and an insane amount of work/technology. So basically not worth doing. :>

It's kind of a odd thing isn't it. I'm sure the kid is very intelligent. But if you expedite through that quickly, did he really learn anything? There's intelligence and then there's wisdom. You can be the most intelligent person on earth, but if you haven't had the 20 years to learn a skill/trade (one that's valuable), then what? I know he's still got plenty time for that. I still hiccup if I eat too fast or take a big swig of carbonated drink. So it doesn't seem like it's just a holdover. Like it's actually still doing things for you, even as an adult.

At first glance it seems nice. But then, what if he gets fired for having unauthorized people behind the counter? I duno, maybe the 30 that crowded in could've just, i duno, went to Dennys or Mcdonalds or Ihop so he wasn't over crowded? But I suppose it was nice they did that, so long as nobody gets fired.
