First off, I shall mourn the day you resolve to only post sober comments. Secondly, that man has a hundred of sharp object in that very room he could have used to cleanly cut the string. This technique guarantees a long, frayed, useless end.
I once had a ton of soil delivered just as rain started. The choice was to either let it wash into the street or distribute it immediately. Forty minutes later it was in place. Now, take five times that much dirt, lift it five feet and keep everything neat. I would have thought this impossible.
A bit on searching on a slow Saturday morning resulted in the delightful site Yokai.com. It has hundreds of illustrated Yokai along with complete descriptions. I believe an invitation to make t-shirts is in order. Perhaps even a post of its own.
While this is a funny bit, the offender as much admits to (frequently) parking where he should not and then makes sport of people only trying to do their job. Not a nice person at all.
